Why can’t I enroll my license in the Plus plan?
If you are experiencing difficulty enrolling your license in your CPE Monitor dashboard, your education information may be missing in your NABP e-Profile.
The following states require education information in your e-Profile prior to enrolling a license in the Plus plan:
- Alaska
- Colorado
- Hawaii
- Idaho
- Maryland
- Mississippi
- Montana
- Nevada
- Oklahoma
- Pennsylvania
- Rhode Island
- Washington
To ensure your CPE credits are properly displaying and you can enroll your license, verify that your education information is complete in your e-Profile.
