How do I renew my Plus plan?
When you initially subscribe, you are opted into the auto-renewal process. If you do not change this, your subscription will automatically renew on its expiration date for another term and the credit card on file will be charged.
If you have turned off the auto-renewal feature, then when your subscription is nearing expiration, an orange bar will appear in the CPE Monitor section of your e-Profile. Select the Renew button in the banner to start the renewal process.
You will not be able to renew until your subscription is within 45 days of expiring and the orange bar appears.
If you do not renew before your subscription expiration date, a pop-up appears as a final notification. To renew, select “I want to renew and continue accessing detailed license information” and select Submit.
If you choose not to renew, the pop-up will disappear, and you will default to the free, Standard plan. Follow the upgrade instructions should you decide to re-subscribe to Plus plan at a later time.
