How do I cancel my CPE Monitor Plus plan subscription?
For your convenience, CPE Monitor Plus plan subscriptions are enrolled in our auto-renewal program at the time of purchase. You will need to turn off auto-renewal to ensure your subscription cancels at the end of your billing cycle. Follow the steps below to complete this process:
- Log in to your NABP e-Profile account on your desktop.
- Click the CPE Monitor tile and select the Subscription tab.
- Then, click the Manage button and select Cancel Subscription on the next screen.
Your Plus plan subscription will remain active for 1 year from the date of purchase. At that time, you can manually renew your subscription or revert to the free, Standard plan.
If you wish to undo these changes before your account expires, follow the steps above and select Reactivate Subscription. This will turn auto renewal back on.
