Why is my license not showing?
It is possible that you did not enroll all your licenses when you upgraded to the Plus plan subscription. You must enroll a license in CPE Monitor for the application to analyze your CPE status.
If your license has an expiration date in your NABP e-Profile that is more than two years old at the time of enrollment, the system will not analyze it. If the expiration date is incorrect, update this information in your e-Profile before enrolling it.
Note
The process for enrolling a license in CPE Monitor different than the process for adding a license to your NABP e-Profile account. You must enroll your license in the Plus plan for CPE analysis to occur.
