Why do I receive an error when uploading documents in e-Profile?
If you encountered an error when trying to upload a document to your NABP e-Profile, try the steps below.
- Reduce the size of the document to 4 MB or smaller.
- Check the speed and stability of your internet connection. The minimum speed requirement is 10 Mbps (both upload and download).
- Check the file to ensure that it is not corrupt.
- Make sure you are uploading an accepted file type: .pdf, .jpeg, or.png.
Then, return to your e-Profile to upload the document.
