Why do I receive an error when uploading documents in e-Profile?

If you encountered an error when trying to upload a document to your NABP e-Profile, try the steps below.

Reduce the size of the document to 4 MB or smaller.
Check the speed and stability of your internet connection. The minimum speed requirement is 10 Mbps (both upload and download).
Check the file to ensure that it is not corrupt.
Make sure you are uploading an accepted file type: .pdf, .jpeg, or.png.

Tip

Avoid using spaces or special characters in the file name.

Then, return to your e-Profile to upload the document.
