How do I find my e-Profile ID?
Your e-Profile ID is accessible in your NABP e-Profile and can be viewed in the right menu after logging in.
The e-Profile ID Lookup can also be used to locate your e-Profile ID using your first and last name and username/email address.
- If you are unable to find your e-Profile ID via the e-Profile ID Lookup, contact Customer Engagement for assistance.
Note
NABP e-Profile ID is not the same as an NCPDP Number.
