Why can’t I see the NABP live webinar or home study activity I completed in my CPE Monitor account?
Ensure that you have completed all the steps in the process to claim your credit.
- Fill out the course and speaker evaluations in their entirety.
- If required, pass the assessment within 3 attempts.
- If your home study activity includes a recording, you must watch at least 99% of the video and click on all handout links to be eligible for credit.
You must click the Claim Credit link or Claim button after entering your e-Profile ID and birth date (MM/DD) in order for your credits to be submitted to CPE Monitor.
Note
Submitting the code alone will not provide you with CPE credit. You must complete all the steps and claim credit before the deadline. NABP will not submit CPE claims on your behalf, and overrides are not provided for late submissions.
