What should I do if my code is not working on the NABP CPE Submission Site?
If your code is not working on our CPE Submission Site, make sure that you are entering the correct code in the right place.
Home study, on-demand, and self-paced/guided e-learning codes may only be entered on the Home Study CPE page.
Live activity codes may only be entered via the Live CPE page. They only work for the specific activity you attended.
Here are a few helpful hints to remember:
- Double check the name of the course you took when entering the code.
- Ensure that you are entering the code into the box – not the 17-character Universal Activity Number (UAN).
- The code you will enter into the field will be 4-13 letters and numbers.
- You can only enter a code once. If you previously entered the code, visit the My Training page to view a list of activities you have already submitted.
