Will you send us official notification/certification of our Supply Chain Inspection status?
A Supply Chain Inspection is not a certification and no “status” is granted upon completion of the process. A facility applies and pays NABP to conduct a thorough inspection authentication of the facility’s licenses, and validation of other information. We provide an inspection report and give the facility an opportunity to respond. We make that same report and responses available to states upon their request. They may use the information to make licensing decisions. NABP does not make licensure decisions.
