Inspection responses may address items in a post survey letter that NABP sends to your facility if you are seeking Drug Distributor Accreditation or OTC Medical Device Distributor Accreditation. If boards of pharmacy or state regulators request a copy of the inspection report, a facility response helps show that you have or will correct, modify, or change items addressed in the inspection report.
