Will all jurisdictions offer the uniform version of the MPJE?
It is up to each board of pharmacy to determine if they will use the uniform or state-specific version of the MPJE. NABP will work with the boards of pharmacy to keep licensees informed of changes to boards’ requirements for the law exam used in their jurisdictions. Check the pharmacist licensure requirements on your board of pharmacy website to determine which pharmacy law exam your state accepts.
