What USP compounding chapter versions does NABP inspect?
For nonsterile compounding, NABP inspects based on the current compendia applicable USP <795> (2023 standards).
For sterile compounding, NABP inspects based on the current applicable USP <797> (2023 standards).
For hazardous drug compounding, NABP inspected based on the current applicable USP <800> (2019 standards). Any applicant that engages in hazardous drug compounding will be required to include this module as VPP does not conduct partial inspections.
