What are the next steps after our facility has had an inspection?
As soon as feasible following the inspection, typically within 45 days, you can expect to receive the inspection report. The time may vary depending on the state of original licensure, whether discipline has ever been imposed on a license, the number of different nonresident licenses an applicant currently holds, and the complexity of the business model of the facility.
