How does NABP’s Accreditation Standards reflect DSCSA requirements?
NABP’s accreditation standards support DSCSA requirements. For example, we review at the pharmacy’s vendor procurement/sourcing, process for receiving shipment, and document storage of transaction data. – We review for these items within the submitted policies and procedures (P&P) and then again during the onsite survey.
The NABP P&P Assessment provides more detail on what’s needed to demonstrate compliance with NABP’s Accreditation Standards. All NABP accredited organizations must demonstrate compliance with the DSCSA.
