What is the status of my transcript?

Due to high volume, status checks via phone, email, and chat should only be made if there has been more than 10 business days since you submitted your transcript.

You can check the status of your transcript by logging in to NABP e-Profile and selecting Update e-Profile in the right menu. Transcript information will appear in the My Profile Details box at the top of the page.

  • No further action is needed, and your transcript has been processed if you see “Education Verified = Yes”.
  • Contact transcripts@nabp.pharmacy if it has been more than 10 business days since your transcript was submitted and you see “Education Verified = No”.
