What information do I need to create a new individual e-Profile?
The data required for an individual NABP e-Profile account is listed below. Have this information ready when you are creating or verifying your account:
- Legal name
- Profession
- Sex
- Race/Ethnicity
If you are licensed, attending school, training, or residing in the United States, you will also need the following information:
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Address
- Phone number
- Any license information
Corrections or updates to legal name, date of birth, or Social Security number will require submission of documentation to correct.
