How do I update personal information in my NABP e-Profile?

Update Your Contact Information

You can update personal or contact information by logging in to your NABP e-Profile account and clicking My e-Profile Information in the right menu and then selecting Account Settings.

An Edit button will appear next to the editable information. You can update the following without assistance from NABP staff:

If there is not an edit button next to your profession, you will need to contact Customer Engagement to make the change.

Sex and Race/Ethnicity can be updated in your e-Profile by emailing the request to Customer Engagement with a copy of your driver’s license.

Update Your Name

Your name can be changed by logging in to your NABP e-Profile and selecting My e-Profile Information in the right menu. Click the Name Change Request link in the My e-Profile Information box on the lower left and follow the prompts. Your name update request will be processed, and you will be notified via email when it is complete. The changes will be reflected in your e-Profile.

If you have a current Authorization to Test (ATT) for the NAPLEX or MPJE, Pearson VUE records are automatically updated. You must submit your name change request to NABP within 5 business days of a scheduled examination appointment to allow time for processing. You may also need to complete the following steps:

Update Your Date of Birth

You can change your date of birth in NABP e-Profile by submitting a photocopy of the official document showing your date of birth and completing NABP’s date of birth change form. The date of birth change form must be witnessed and signed by a notary.

Update Your Social Security Number

You can change your Social Security number in your NABP e-Profile by submitting a photocopy of the official document showing your Social Security number and completing the Social Security number change form. This form must be witnessed and signed by a notary.

The required supporting documentation includes a photocopy of your Social Security card.

Update Your Education

Update a Record

If you need to update an education record, have your school submit an official transcript to transcripts@nabp.pharmacy. To minimize processing time, submit this before you complete your application. Your school may also mail official transcripts directly to NABP at 1600 Feehanville Drive, Mount Prospect, IL 60056.

Update Graduation Date and College Name

If you are only requesting a change to the day of your date of graduation and/or name of your college, email transcripts@nabp.pharmacy. This type of change does not require you to send an official transcript. The month and day of your graduation can be updated without an official transcript for licensed pharmacists.
