What happens if my OTC Medical Device Distributor accredited business entity has a change in operations?
During your period of accreditation, we must be notified of any changes in operations by emailing vdip@nabp.pharmacy. Examples of changes requiring notification include:
- a new facility manager
- a change in ownership
- a business entity’s closure or relocation
