How often are accredited OTC medical device distributors reinspected?
Once you are an NABP accredited OTC medical device distributor, an unannounced inspection will occur once every 3 years. However, we may elect to perform a compliance inspection of your facility at any time if we receive information indicating that your facility may be out of compliance with the OTC Medical Device Distributor Accreditation criteria.
