What should I do if the secure browser is not working as expected?

You should inform a proctor during the test session that you are experiencing technical issues. If the proctor is unable to resolve the issue(s), they will contact NABP staff for support.

When in doubt, exit the secure browser, restart the application, and log in again. You will start the exam where you left off. Repeat this process as needed, and contact NABP if further assistance is required.


Exiting the browser will stop the exam timer.
