Why is the ExamStudio Secure Browser opening as a blank or white screen?
The ExamStudio Secure Browser will open with a blank, white screen if your computer is not connected to the internet. Click the Exit button in the top right corner of your screen and connect to the internet before trying to open the secure browser again. Exiting pauses your exam time, and other features will automatically pause the timer if there are connection issues.
