NABP canceled my Digital Pharmacy Accreditation application. How long must I wait before submitting a new one?
When we cancel a pharmacy’s application based on its inability to demonstrate compliance with Digital Pharmacy Accreditation criteria, the pharmacy must wait 30 days to submit a new application and be prepared to provide NABP with acceptable documentation that it has remedied the issue(s) underlying the cancellation.
