How do I correct CPE errors?
If you receive an error message when submitting a CPE claim through an ACPE-accredited provider or are notified by a provider of an error upon transmission, contact the provider and verify that they have the correct information. Any incorrect NABP e-Profile ID or date of birth are common causes of submission errors.
Error messages displayed during the CPE submission process on your providers’ websites are not generated by NABP, and we cannot resolve these.
If there is an error in the ACPE-accredited activity reported in your CPE Monitor transcript, you must contact the CPE provider to obtain the correction. We are not able to add, change, or delete any ACPE CE activity from your transcript.
Review your NABP e-Profile for accuracy. If any information is incorrect, refer to the e-Profile FAQs for information on how to make the needed updates.
