How do I cancel my NABP Verify subscription?
For your convenience, NABP Verify subscriptions are enrolled in our auto-renewal program at the time of purchase. You will need to turn off auto-renewal prior to the end of your current subscription year, to ensure your subscription cancels at the end of your billing cycle. Follow the steps below to complete this process:
- Log in to NABP e-Profile on your desktop.
- Select the NABP Verify tile and select the My Subscription tab.
- Then, click the Manage button and select Cancel Subscription on the next screen.
Your subscription will remain active for 1 year from the date of purchase. At that time, you can manually renew your subscription or enter a coupon code if you have one. If you wish to undo these changes before your account expires, follow the steps above and select Reactivate Subscription. This will turn auto-renewal back on.
