How do I add or edit my PTCB certification?

To add your PTCB certification, follow the directions in the e-Profile FAQ section for how to create a new or verify an existing e-Profile and make sure you select the correct profession (either Technician or Technician in Training) when prompted.

After you completed or verified your e-Profile, you will need to add your PTCB Certification number. Go to the dashboard, and click on “My e-Profile.”

Then click “Update Profile.”

Scroll to the Certifications section at the bottom of the page and click on “Add Credential.”

Click on the Certifying Authority field to select Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.

Fill in required fields, including your credential number, and hit “Save.”

Your credentials will be editable until the NABP licensure team verifies the information. After the information is verified, only the expiration date and status may be edited through your profile. The other fields may be edited by contacting UpdateMyLicense@nabp.pharmacy.
