How do I add or edit my licenses/credentials?

Your license information can be changed by logging in to NABP e-Profile and selecting ‘Update e-Profile’ in the top right menu. In the ‘Licenses’ section, click the pencil icon to edit an existing license or the add button to enter a new license.

When you add a new license, you will be able to edit all license data until your license information is verified with the certifying authority.

NABP verifies license information with the applicable certifying authority for our Electronic Licensure Transfer, CPE Monitor Plus, and accreditation customers. Once your license is verified in your e-Profile, you will not be able to edit anything until 60 days prior to the expiration date. If the expiration date is within 60 days, you will only be able to edit the expiration date and the status.

When you add a license to your e-Profile, you will be asked for the following information:

  • Certifying authority
  • Credential type
  • Credential number
  • Original issue date
  • Expiration date
  • Status

If your license information has been verified and you are no longer able to edit a field that requires correction, email and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • e-Profile ID
  • Information to be updated, such as:
    • License number
    • License state
    • Issue date
    • Expiration date
    • Status

Allow at least three business days for the updates to appear in your e-Profile after sending the email. If you do not see the updates after this time, contact Customer Engagement for further assistance. Do not add a duplicate license to the e-profile if you cannot edit parts of the existing license information.
