Do I need to prepare a manual to become DMEPOS accredited?
A manual is not required. However, you should have your facility’s policies and procedures available for reference via hard copy or electronically for the surveyor to review during the unannounced on-site survey. Before the survey, all the policies and procedures, along with all supporting documentation requested with the application, must have been submitted to us for review.
