Are we able to cancel our Supply Chain Inspection application?
Yes, requests to cancel an application must be submitted in writing to inspections@nabp.pharmacy. Per the refund policy, applications that are canceled or withdrawn are subject to fees incurred prior to the cancellation or withdrawal. Fees can include, without limitation, administrative, travel, and staff resource costs.
