How do we make changes to our Supply Chain Inspection application?

If any information submitted on the Supply Chain Inspection application changes during the evaluation process, we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the change. Submit changes via email to inspections@nabp.pharmacy. Failure to notify NABP of changes in a timely manner may negatively impact the inspection or inspection process. This may include delays, inability to complete an inspection, or cancelation of an application.
