Why am I unable to purchase an exam?
- NABP has not yet received eligibility approval from the board of pharmacy in which you are seeking licensure.
- Your eligibility is within 10 business days of expiration. In this case, you will need to wait for the eligibility to expire and then submit a new application for eligibility to NABP and pay the applicable fee. The board then needs to enter new eligibility dates so that you may purchase the exam.
