J. Corey Feist, JD, MBA

Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation
J. Corey Feist, JD, MBA, is CEO and co-founder of the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes’ Foundation and a health care executive with more than 20 years of experience. He previously served as CEO of the University of Virginia (UVA) Physicians Group, representing more than 1,200 physicians and advanced practice providers. A nationally recognized advocate for health care worker well-being, Mr. Feist has authored numerous publications, testified before the US Congress, and spoken widely as a keynote speaker, panelist, and moderator. His advocacy helped lead to passage of the Dr. Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act, the first federal law focused on health care workforce well-being. Mr. Feist serves as adjunct faculty at the UVA Darden School of Business, where he earned his MBA. He also holds a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law and a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
Meghan D. Swarthout, PharmD, MBA, BCPS, CPEL, FASP

Executive Director of Pharmacy Patient Care Services and Population Health, Johns Hopkins Hospital
Meghan D. Swarthout, PharmD, MBA, is the executive director of Patient Care Services and Population Health for the Department of Pharmacy at The Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH). She oversees adult medicine, surgery, oncology, and pediatric pharmacy services and maintains a clinical practice in hematology anticoagulation. Dr Swarthout has served in numerous leadership roles, including president of the Maryland Society of Health-System Pharmacy, chair of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists Council on Education and Workforce Development, and president of the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board National Certification Council. She earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from Ohio Northern University, completed a two-year health system pharmacy administration residency at JHH, and received her MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
Anna Legreid Dopp, PharmD, CPHQ

Senior Director, Government Relations, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists
Anna Legreid Dopp, PharmD, CPHQ, is senior director of Government Relations at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, where she leads state and federal policy initiatives focused on improving medication outcomes and advancing the pharmacy profession. She previously served as a Congressional Health Care Policy Fellow in the office of Joe Lieberman and has held roles at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics as a medication use policy analyst and at the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin as the vice president of Public Affairs and editor of The Journal of the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. Dr Legreid Dopp earned her doctor of pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy and is a certified professional in health care quality.
John Colaizzi, Jr, PharmD, FNJPhA

Group Vice President, Head of Enterprise Pharmacy Practice, Walgreens Co
John L. Colaizzi, Jr, PharmD, is group vice president and head of Enterprise Pharmacy Practice at Walgreens Co and a licensed pharmacist with nearly three decades of experience. He earned his bachelor of science in pharmacy and doctor of pharmacy degrees from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy where he also serves as adjunct faculty. Dr Colaizzi is a member of the New Jersey State Board of Pharmacy and the Board of Directors of the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy. He previously served as the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy District 2 chairperson and as president and chairman of the New Jersey Pharmacists Association. Dr Colaizzi has received numerous professional honors recognizing his leadership, service, and contributions to pharmacy practice.
