Why are we unable to start an application?
Your facility may be deemed ineligible because information is incomplete within your business e-Profile. In this instance, ensure the following fields are completed in your business e-Profile:
- demographic information (doing business as, business address, business email, website, etc),
- contacts,
- ownership (unless publicly traded),
- activities,
- licenses,
- business hours,
- storefront, and
- schematic.
