What is the reaccreditation process for DMEPOS?
Unless you have received a pharmacy accreditation exemption confirmation from the Enrollment Contractor, we suggest a pharmacy apply for DMEPOS reaccreditation for a new, 3-year accreditation during the final year of your DMEPOS accreditation cycle to ensure there is no disruption in your pharmacy’s accreditation and the lack of accreditation may impact Medicare Part B billing privileges. We will contact you about the reaccreditation process roughly nine months prior to the accreditation anniversary date.
