What is the reaccreditation process for DMEPOS?
Unless the pharmacy has received a pharmacy accreditation exemption confirmation from the Enrollment Contractor, we suggest the pharmacy apply for DMEPOS reaccreditation. DMEPOS Accreditation is a 1-year accreditation. We will contact the main point of contact about the reaccreditation process prior to the accreditation anniversary date. Applying for DMEPOS reaccreditation when we reach out will help ensure there is no disruption in the pharmacy’s accreditation.

A lack of DMEPOS Accreditation may impact Medicare Part B billing privileges.
