What happens if you don’t agree to the NDA within the 5 minute time limit?
Before you begin the practice exam, you will have 5 minutes to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for NABP examinations.
After being presented with the NDA, if you fail to select the Agree box within the allotted time, you will not be able to proceed and your practice exam session will be terminated. The practice exam fee will be forfeited, and you will be required to pay the practice exam fee of $75 to attempt the exam again.
