What happens after we submit a VPP application?

Once a VPP application is received and payment is processed, we will begin the review process. This includes a full review of the application to confirm the facility is eligible for the program, completeness of the application, verifying the pharmacy’s licensure information and history, including disciplinary actions, inspection history, and the licensure information of key personnel linked to the pharmacy. We will contact you if there are questions regarding the application or if additional information is needed. Once the application is deemed complete you are notified, and we will also schedule an unannounced VPP inspection.
