How do I print my standard and state transcripts, and what is the difference between the two?
A standard transcript is a list of all CPE activities completed within the last 2 years. You can adjust the 2-year date range when viewing and exporting this transcript.
A state transcript is a list of CPE activities that meet requirements for a specific license. This transcript is only available for Plus plan users.
To print your transcript, complete the following steps:
For Plus plan users:
- Log in to your NABP e-Profile and select the CPE Monitor tile.
- On the CPE Monitor page, select Transcripts in the top navigation.
- Set the search parameters by selecting standard transcript and activity date range. The default date range can be adjusted to a longer or shorter period if desired.
- The standard transcript is used to view all CPE activity in the selected date range.
- The default view is the 2-year period ending on the date your request the transcript. It can be adjusted as desired.
- Click Search, and the activities matching the parameters will appear.
- Use the Export Transcript button to obtain the search results. You can export to excel or a PDF. You can then save or print the document.
For Standard plan users:
- Log in to your NABP e-Profile and select the CPE Monitor tile.
- The standard transcript is automatically selected. The default date range appears, but can be adjusted to a longer or shorter period if desired.
- Click Search, and the activities within the selected date range will be displayed.
- Use the Export Transcript button to view the activities in a PDF document. You can then save or print the document.
