How can I change the photo I uploaded in my application?
Photos can only be changed prior to the submission of an NABP application for licensure transfer.
If you are having an issue uploading a photo, this issue can occur when the photo is too large and takes too long to upload.
If possible, make the photo smaller in size before uploading. This can easily be done in a photo editing program. Then, follow the steps below when uploading the photo:
- Click Browse and select the photo of your choosing from your files.
- Click on the Upload Photo button and wait for your photo to appear in the application. Once you are able to see your photo in the application, you will be able to click Next and continue with the application.
