Do I need to make you aware of an address change if it is not accompanied by a facility move?
If your facility’s address is changed due to a zoning or postal restructure you must advise us within 30 days. Provide a copy of the notice received from the US Postal Service via email to vawd@nabp.pharmacy. Refer to the Distributor Accreditation Relocation Policy for more information.
