What should I do if I don’t receive a verification code?

If you do not receive your verification code via text message, select the Send New Code option on the two-factor verification setup screen. If you are still experiencing difficulties after resending the code, contact Customer Engagement Monday-Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CT.
