Get the Pre-FPGEE
Take the practice exam online for $90 per attempt up to 2 times annually by logging in to your NABP e-Profile account and selecting the Practice Exams tile.
After you register and pay for the practice exam, you will have 7 days to take the exam. If you are not ready to take the practice exam when you complete your purchase, simply log back in to your NABP e-Profile during the 7-day window and select the practice exams tile to start the Pre-FPGEE.

Review the content outline as your FPGEE “study guide” to understand the topics covered on the FPGEE, as well as the sample questions for an overview of the types of question formats.

How Many Times Can I Take the Pre-FPGEE?
You can take the Pre-FPGEE up to 2 times per year.
How Soon Will I Get My Pre-FPGEE Score?
Your score will be available immediately after you finish the practice exam. You will also receive a total scaled score via email to print or download. You can use your score as a “study guide” to focus your studying as you prepare for exam day.
How Long Do I Have to Take the Pre-FPGEE?
You have 7 days to take the practice exam after completing your purchase. Simply log in to your NABP e-Profile to take the practice exam. You will have 85 minutes to complete the practice test, so be sure to allow yourself enough time.
Practice exams are developed by NABP as a study tool for use by pharmacy students, pharmacy school graduates, and individuals seeking pharmacist licensure. Practice exams are not intended for and are not permitted for use by researchers or practitioners.
FPGEE and Pre-FPGEE Content is Protected Under Law
The FPGEE and Pre-FPGEE and its contents are the exclusive property of NABP. The FPGEE and Pre-FPGEE are confidential examinations protected by law, including copyright, and other applicable laws and regulations.
Individuals are expressly prohibited, at all times, from selling, offering, disclosing, making available, transmitting, copying, reproducing, purchasing, receiving, or acquiring without prior written NABP authorization, the FPGEE and Pre-FPGEE including, without limitation, examination questions, answers, question format, profiles, and scenarios. Use of artificial intelligence (AI) in connection with the FPGEE or Pre-FPGEE is prohibited at all times. Specifically, AI cannot be operating when FPGEE or Pre-FPGEE begins or at any time during the practice exam for any purpose, including without limitation, to answer, analyze, record, recreate, or screenshot content, questions, or answers from the FPGEE or Pre-FPGEE.
If NABP obtains information indicating that an individual is engaged in the prohibited conduct described in this section, NABP, at its sole discretion, may take one or more actions against the individual including, without limitation, disqualification from the FPGEE program, provision of information about the individual’s alleged misconduct to one or more boards of pharmacy or regulatory or law enforcement authorities, or pursuit of administrative, civil, or criminal proceedings or penalties. If NABP obtains information indicating an examination candidate disclosed, published, reproduced, transmitted, received without authorization, or made available any portion of the FPGEE and Pre-FPGEE, as described above, in any form to or from individuals, organizations, study groups, or the like, NABP may take actions against the candidate resulting in but not limited to disqualification from the FPGEE program, civil penalties, and/or criminal proceedings.
