Getting Started with CPE Monitor
You started using CPE Monitor – now what?
By joining CPE Monitor®, you have made a smart step toward simplifying your continuing pharmacy education (CPE) compliance. Getting started with CPE Monitor is a breeze. Continue reading for helpful tips and resources to support you.

Keep Your Info Up to Date
To keep CPE Monitor working seamlessly, be sure to submit your CPE claims promptly. If more than 35 days have passed since you submitted the required information and the credit does not appear in your dashboard, contact the CPE provider directly.
Regularly logging in to CPE Monitor and reviewing your NABP e-Profile information ensures your account stays up to date, helping you avoid errors on your transcript during audits or license renewal. You can easily update your profile from your computer or using the mobile app.
Pharmacists
If you are a Plus plan subscriber, you must update your profile to include at least 1 active pharmacist license. If your license has been expired for 2 years or longer, your CPE cannot be managed through the Plus plan until it is updated in the “My Profile” section of your e-Profile.
Pharmacy Technicians
If you are Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)-certified, you must create an NABP e-Profile to recertify. You can start this process by creating a login and setting up your individual e-Profile to include your PTCB certification and state registration numbers.
Contact PTCB for questions about technician certification or your PTCB account. For questions about your NABP e-Profile or CPE Monitor, contact NABP.
How Do CPE Credits Flow Into CPE Monitor?
Knowing what CPE credits you have completed and what credits you still have left to complete for your licensure renewal is key. Watch the video to learn how your completed credits flow into CPE Monitor once you complete a pharmacy CE activity.
ACPE vs Non-ACPE Credits
Your board of pharmacy or certifying agency may have specific requirements about the type of credit needed for your renewal, so you may see different credits such as ACPE or non-ACPE credits on your transcripts.
