DMEPOS-accredited pharmacies have proven that they adhere to NABP DMEPOS Pharmacy Accreditation Standards.

To advise NABP of a complaint against a NABP DMEPOS-accredited facility, please submit the DMEPOS Complaint Form. Please note: All non-DMEPOS, prescription drug, or general pharmacy complaints should be addressed directly to your state board of pharmacy.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening situation or an emergency as a result of DMEPOS products issued by a DMEPOS facility, please contact 911, your local or regional hospital, or physician emergency services.
