Report of the Task Force on Expanding International Membership

Introduction:

The Task Force met on November 8-9, 2016, at the DoubleTree by Hilton O’Hare in Rosemont, IL. This task force was established in response to President Hal Wand’s initiative to expand international membership.

Review of the Task Force Charge:

Task force members reviewed their charge and accepted it as follows:

• Review the differences and commonalities of various international boards of pharmacy.
• Explore the feasibility of allowing international boards to become active members.
• Recommend, if necessary, amendments to the NABP Constitution and Bylaws for the Committee of Constitution and Bylaws to review.
