Review of the Work Group Charge:
Work group members reviewed their charge and accepted it as follows:
- Review all provisions waived by the state boards of pharmacy during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) public health emergency.
- Advise which waivers, if any, could safely remain in effect beyond the COVID-19 public health emergency.
- Amend, if necessary, the Model State Pharmacy Act and Model Rules of the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (Model Act) to reflect the efforts of this work group.
