Nicole came to NABP after nearly twenty years with the Indiana Attorney General’s office. While there, she maintained an appellate practice in front of both the state and federal courts. She spent many years acting as advisory counsel to professional regulatory boards in Indiana, specializing in the health professions. One of her primary clients was the Indiana State Board of Pharmacy, which is how her relationship with NABP started. In the course of her work with the boards, she developed numerous board member education programs concentrating on both ethical and legal issues, and the connections between them. Nicole is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Indiana Maurer School of Law.
