What terms are used for licensure transfer?
Some boards of pharmacy use the terms “reciprocity,” “endorsement,” and/or “assignment of score” in place of “licensure transfer.” We use the term “licensure transfer” for this service, Electronic Licensure Transfer Program.
Boards may request that your NAPLEX score be sent to their board of pharmacy as part of their licensing process. If you took your NAPLEX more than 89 days ago and are applying for licensure transfer to the new jurisdiction, apply for the Electronic Licensure Transfer Program application for your exam scores to be shared.
