How do I make changes to my Preoperational Inspection application?
If any information submitted on the Preoperational Inspection application changes during the evaluation process, we must be notified in writing within 48 hours of the change. Submit changes via email to inspections@nabp.pharmacy. Failure to notify NABP of changes in a timely manner may negatively impact the inspection or inspection process. This may include delays, inability to complete an inspection, or cancelation of an application.
