Do previous MPJE attempts count toward the UMPJE attempt limit?
No, MPJE attempts are not counted toward the UMPJE. Candidates are allowed 5 attempts per jurisdiction to pass the MPJE and 5 lifetime attempts to pass the UMPJE.
