  1. Due at time of Supply Chain Inspection Application:
    • Eligibility Fee: $1,000
  2. Due at time of application:
    • Application Fee: $1,500
    • Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $1,000
  3. Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $1,000
  4. Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $1,000

Total for three-year accreditation is $5,500.

The cost of Expedited Drug Distributor Accreditation is outlined below:

  1. Due at time of Supply Chain Inspection Application:
    • Expedited Eligibility Review Fee: $5,000
  2. Due at time of application:
    • Expedited Application Fee: $9,000
    • Annual Participation Fee Year 1: $1,000
  3. Annual Participation Fee Year 2: $1,000
  4. Annual Participation Fee Year 3: $1,000

Total for three-year accreditation is $17,000.
